Denver Public Library Workers United
Denver Public Library (DPL) Workers United is an open union representing staff from across Denver Public Library’s 26 branches. We organize because we believe that if libraries support democracy, our workplaces should reflect democratic practices. A union fulfills one of the fundamental promises of democracy by giving frontline workers the opportunity to speak openly and honestly. We unite to ensure that DPL’s values of welcoming, connection, curiosity, stewardship, and equity extend internally as well as externally.
